AQUINO; ROBERTO AQUINO BARRETO; FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A STURGEON TIMOTHY, are Defendants.
