NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A COUNTY ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given of the intent of the Board of County Commissioners of Bay County to consider the enactment of an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO MISCELLANEOS PROVISIONS AND OFFENSES; AMENDING SECTIONS 15-201 OF THE BAY COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES TO MODIFY PROVISIONS REGARDING CERTIFICATES OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES. Beginning at 9:00 a.m., during the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 , in the Commission Meeting Room of the Bay County Government Center, 840 West 11 th Street, Panama City, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For that purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The ordinance may be inspected during normal business hours at the County Administration offices, 840 West 11 th Street, Panama City. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
