The administration of the estate of VIVIAN PELAYO, deceased, whose date of death was December 20, 2024, is pending in Case No. 26-CP-000430 the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602. No personal representative has been appointed. The estate is proceeding under summary administration. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES, or such claims will be forever barred. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENTS DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
