NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 05, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-003484 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and Pomodoro Investments LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D.
