NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2026, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2025 CA 003379 NC, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MFA 2021-RPL1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and YSIDRO HERNANDEZ, SR., CRUZ HERNANDEZ, YSIDRO HERNANDEZ, STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF COURT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A YARA LAZI and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GUADALUPE LAZO are the Defendants.
