NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION Case No. 2025 CP 006342 IN RE: ESTATE OF GEORGE J. GLUSCHENKO, Deceased. The administration of the estate of George J. Gluschenko, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230-3079. The estate is testate and date of the decedents Will and any Codicils are: Will dated January 5, 2023. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. The fiduciary lawyer-client privilege in Fla. Stat. 90.5021 applies with respect to the Personal Representative and any attorney employed by the Personal Representative. Any interested person as defined in Fla. Stat. 731.201(23) on whom a copy of the Notice of Administration is served must object to the qualifications of the Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court must file any objection with the Court in the manner provided in the Florida Probate Rules and Fla.
