Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Citrus County Florida will sell the following property situated in Citrus County, Florida described as:
 
LOT 1, BLOCK 363, CITRUS SPRINGS UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 133 THROUGH 152, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA
 
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.citrus.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 26, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. If you are the successful bidder for property at a foreclosure sale, the balance of the final bid amount plus the court registry fees must be received by the Clerk's office no later 4:00 PM ET the day of the sale
 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
