NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 9th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-000494 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court, Gary J. Cooney, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 W.
