Baker, Esquire, whose address is 555 Winderley Place Suite 300, Maitland, FL 32751 on or 03/06/2026 before and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Lake County Courthouse, 550 W. Main Street, Taveras, Florida 32778, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
