IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026 CP 000017 IN RE: ESTATE OF BETTY L. HALL, Deceased. NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Betty L. Hall, deceased, whose date of death was 11/14/2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County, Florida, Probate Division, File No. 2026 CP 000017, the address of which is 601B North Pearl Street, Crestview, FL 32536. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. The Personal Representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the Decedents death by the Decedent or the Decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
