NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 001361 F of the Circuit Court of the FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Okaloosa County, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Richard Salgado, et al. , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, BRAD E.
