The Lake County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a qualified licensed contractor (hereinafter Contractor) to fur-nish all labor, materials, equipment, component/devices, transportation, fuel, supervision, per-mits, inspections, and all other in-cidentals needed to complete all necessary work, in accordance with this solicitation and Construction Documents provided for the Multi-Family Detached Housing.
