NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 12551 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kevin D. Graves; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Velocity Investments, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A PATRICIA GRAVES are Defendants, Laur E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on March 17, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 27, Candlelight Oaks, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 145, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.

 Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
 If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
