NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 12551 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kevin D. Graves; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Velocity Investments, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A PATRICIA GRAVES are Defendants, Laur E.
