ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the Fire Station 93 Wind Wall and Pad Construction, Bid No. 2026-19 for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until March 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.
The work consists of: Construct wind wall and generator mounting pad. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. The project Drawings, Specifications and related Bidding documents are available on-line at www.demandstar.com, or by calling DemandStar at (206) 940-0305. If you have difficulty obtaining these documents, please contact the City's purchasing office at (386) 610-0470.
A pre-bid conference to discuss the details and requirements of the contract will be held on March 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM, in the Training Room at City Hall. A site visit will be held following the pre-bid conference. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for submitting questions is March 20, 2026 at 5:00pm.
