NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of CARMELA VINCINI,deceased, whose date of death was 11/27/2025,is pending in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Probate Division, File No. PR-C-26-0000259, the address of which is 201 S.E. 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below. The Personal Representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the Decedent’s death by the Decedent or the Decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
