TO: IRENE STALF, if living, and, if dead, her unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against her, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above-named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the real property described in the complaint filed in the above-captioned action, whether by, through, under, or against any of the foregoing parties or otherwise, and all persons in possession of the real property described in this complaint, all of whose addresses and whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff, even after diligent search and inquiry.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the partition of the real property commonly known as 1027 Slaton Avenue, Rockledge, Florida 32955, Parcel Identification No. 25-36-17-05-H-5, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block H, Silver Pines Estates, No. Three, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 147, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Brevard County, Florida. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the above-referenced action on Louis A. Trip Maygarden, III, the plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 127 Palafox Place, Suite 200, Pensacola, Florida 32502, on or before February 25, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
