Bids received will be opened at 10:00 AM on March 31, 2026, for the following: Canal Clearing # 26-ITB-26 Submittals received after the above time and date will not be accepted. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Submittal is received will be resolved against the Firm. Instructions, specifications, and form for submitting a response may be found on the City of Palm Bays Bonfire Website or by calling 321-952-3424. Bids are received in accordance with the City Policies for the City of Palm Bay, Florida. The public record of the preliminary results as read at the public opening can also be requested by calling 321-952-3424 or emailing procurement@pbfl.org. To attend in person, interested parties should check in at the Information Desk in Building A to be escorted to this meeting. The City reserves the right to waive proposal informality or technicality and to accept or reject any or all bids.
