ad# 12103878 02/22/26 CITY OF SATELLITE BEACH Notice of Public Hearing The City of Satellite Beach proposes passage of the following Ordinance at a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 565 Cassia Boulevard, Satellite Beach, Florida: ORDINANCE NO. 1283 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SATELLITE BEACH, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALLOWING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A CULTURAL INSTITUTION ART GALLERY IN COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1296 HIGHWAY A1A; PROVIDING CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE The proposed ordinance may be inspected at City Hall, 565 Cassia Blvd. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
