NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated September 12, 2025, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 02, 2026, issued in and for Brevard County, Florida, in Case No. 052025CA015032XXCABC, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and RED KEY 38 INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, BLUE RIDGE CENTRAL, LLC, A GEORGIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and INDIAN RIVER PINES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
