Final Judgment was awarded on January 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 046957, of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and EDWIN SOTO; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CROSS RIVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EDWIN SOTO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
