PARKER ROAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Par-ker Road Community Development District (District) will hold a public hearing and its regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on February 20, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at 11701 SW 30th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments and objections on the adoption of amenity policies.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the offices of the District Man-ager, c/o PFM Group Consulting LLC, 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, Phone: (407)723-5900 (District Managers Office) during normal business hours or from the Districts website at https:parkerroadcdd.com/.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
