PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ZONING SPECIAL EXCEPTION The Suwannee County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the City Councils meeting room at the Live Oak City Hall 101 SE White Ave on Thursday evening, February 26, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider the following: Special Exception Request No. SE-26-02-01 by Vernon and Pamela Hitt for a home occupation conducted outside of the principal building, in accordance with site plan submitted as part of application, on property zoned Agriculture-1 (A-1). At the public hearing, all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the above referenced application.
