NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
SILVER PALMS WEST
COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Silver Palms West Community Development District (the "District") will be held on February 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Corsica Club, 24455 SW 119 Ave, Miami, FL 33018. At the Special Meeting, the Board is expected to consider and discuss, the minutes from the meeting of January 15, 2026, the resolution approving, confirming, and levying special assessments, discussion and consideration of an Acquisition Agreement for the Expansion Area Project between the District and the Developer, staff reports, the monthly financial reports of the District, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available seven days prior to this meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise Florida 33351 or by visiting the District's website at www.silverpalmswestcdd.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
