Committee Meeting
Hemingway Point Community Development District
The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Hemingway Point Community Development District is scheduled to be held on February 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the GMS Homestead office, located at 2804 NE 8 ST Suite #202, Homestead, Florida 33033. At the above-referenced time and location, an Audit Committee meeting will be conducted immediately preceding the Board's regular meeting. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd. Sunrise, Florida 33351.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
