Unit No. 916-W, BUCKLEY TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 6210, PAGE 329, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.


You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on STEVEN B. KATZ, ESQ., Counsel for Plaintiff, SBK LEGAL, 4450 NW 126th Avenue, Suite 101, Coral Springs, FL 33065 on or before March 20, 2026, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action in the Miami's Community News, and file the original with the Clerk of Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
