YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following described property: Condominium Parcel No. 1907 of THE CRICKET CLUB CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 8688, Page 1331, and in Condominium Plan Book 37-3, Page 1-19, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, as amended from time to time. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
