CITY OF MARCO ISLAND
The City Council of Marco Island, meeting in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on March 2, 2026, in the Dr. Fay and Bedford Biles Community Meeting Room, 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida will consider:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA, APPROVING A VARIANCE REDUCING THE REAR ACCESSORY SETBACK FROM FIFTEEN FEET (15) TO TWELVE FEET FOUR INCHES (12 4) FOR PROPERTY ZONED RSF 4, LOCATED AT 1815 WOODBINE COURT, MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA 34145; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The petition is available for inspection by the Public in the City Clerks office located at City Hall, 50 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Members of the Public are invited to make oral or written comments regarding this petition. ADA Assistance: Anyone needing special assistance at the hearing due to special needs should contact the City Clerk at (239) 389-5000 at least 7 days prior to the public hearing.
