NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The City of Cape Coral Planning & Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will be receiving public input on the following Ordinance at their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard, Cape Coral, FL. The public hearing may be continued to a time and date certain by announcement at this public hearing. ORDINANCE 10 26 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, SECTION 1.15. MEASUREMENTS, AS SET FORTH WITH ARTICLE 1, GENERAL PROVISIONS; AND SECTION 3.3.6. ADMINISTRATIVE DEVIATIONS, AS SET FORTH WITHIN ARTICLE 3, DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, CHAPTER 3, SPECIFIC REVIEW PROCEDURES-ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS AND APPROVALS; AND SECTION 5.1.12.
