NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF FOUND AND OR RECOVERED PROPERTY The following described property was found in Okaloosa County or turned into the Okaloosa County Sheriffs Office. The property has not been claimed, is being held, and will be disposed of pursuant to Chapter 705, Florida State Statutes. Items may include, but are not limited to personal documents, jewelry, sports equipment (i.e. dirt bikes, E-bikes, bicycles, and other equipment), luggage, electronics, clothing and accessories, household equipment (i.e. paintings, furniture, vacuum cleaner, etc.), tools (power and hand, power washer, etc.), U.S. and foreign currency, firearms and related accessories. Anyone having a valid claim to or legal property interest in the above-described property should contact the Evidence Unit of the Okaloosa County Sheriffs Office, 50 2nd St., Shalimar, FL 32579 or by calling 850-651-7422.
