PUBLIC NOTICE City of Ocala, Florida City of Ocala Announces Public Comment Period for Updated City of Ocala HUD Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) The City of Ocala is in the process of updating its Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) and is seeking public input. The Citizen Participation Plan is a document that governs how residents can participate in the development of federal funding strategies, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). The CPP provides information concerning the Five -Year Comprehensive Plan, Annual Action Plan, and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
