NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CALLING FOR BIDS General Contractor: Balfour Beatty Construction LLC Sealed Bid Deadline: 2:00 p.m. of the 4th day of March 2026 Place of Bid Receipt: Through BuildingConnected, or via email to Jshar@balfourbeattyus.com [Jshar@balfourbeattyus.com] Project: SDOC PM Wells Phase II NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Contractor, will be bidding and will receive bids for the award for the project listed above: Sealed bids shall be received in the location identified above. Bids may be submitted early at Subcontractor discretion. The Contractor will evaluate all bids based on a best value basis, in which qualifications, price, proposed staffing, current workloads, experience on similar projects and related factors are considered. The Contractor reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and/or re-bid as necessary to adequately cover the scopes of the project within the budget, and/or may elect to waive any irregularities in any bids. The Contractor may enter into negotiations with multiple bidders based on its initial evaluation of the bids in order to make a final best value decision. Bidders must also complete the prequalification process at https://prequal.balfourbeattyus.com/ Please contact Jonathan Shar with any questions on plan availability or general bidding information. Please do not contact the School District of Osceola County direct. No interpretations or clarifications of Contract Documents will be made at this time.
