LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID (ITB) 03-2026 CITY OF BELLE GLADE LYONS PARK IMPROVEMENTS; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LAND & WATER CONSERVATION FUND AGREEMENT # LW757 Sealed Bids from qualified firms or individuals to construct improvements to Lyons Park shall be received by the City of Belle Glade, Florida, in the City Clerks office at City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, West, Belle Glade, Florida, 33430 until 3:00 P.M., local time, on March 23, 2026 at which time they will be opened and recorded. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. This project is made possible through funding provided by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Agreement # LW757 with matching funds provided by the City of Belle Glade.
