Advertisement For Bids The Weitz Company LLC, serving as Construction Manager for Palm Beach County, invites all applicable companies to submit bids for the PBC Main County Courthouse Build-Out & Reno of 1st, 7th & 8th Floors, located at 205 North Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach. PBC Project # is 2021-005622. The project consists of the demolition and renovation of approximately 90,000 square feet on the 1ST, 7th & 8th floors. Work scheduled to commence by TBD and be complete by TBD. The project will include the following trades: Div. 02 - Demolition, Div 04 Masonry, Div. 06 Millwork, Div. 05 Misc. Metal, Div. 07 - Fireproofing, Joint Sealants, Div. 08 - Doors, frames, hardware, glazing, Division 09 - DW, Framing, Insulation, Flooring, ceilings, painting Div. 10 Specialties ? Signage, Fire extinguisher & cabinets, operable partitions Div. 21 - Fire Protection, Div.22 Plumbing Div. 23 ? HVAC, Div. 26 - Electrical Work, and Div. 28 ? Fire Alarm, Access Controls. Palm Beach County Certified Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate in the bidding process. It is our goal to meet the API of 20% SBE participation. All SBE's must provide their SBE certification. Interested bidders will also be required to complete the pre-qualification process with The Weitz Company.
