The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) acting for itself, instrumentalities and/oraffiliates is soliciting sealed bids for a selection of a qualified vendor pool, who are licensedand insured to conduct business within the State of Florida , for Drywall and Painting Servicesat our single-family, apartments, townhouse dwelling units, scattered homes, and remoteproperties located throughout Palm Beach County. Minority and women owned business areencouraged to respond.
Qualified individuals or firms may download and print the bid documents on February 23,2026, by visiting PBCHA website at www.pbchafl.org under Partners tab, then click onBusiness, then click on Current Bids and Solicitation. Or by visiting DemandStar atwww.demandstar.com. The RFQ is labeled Drywall and Painting Services. All questions shallbe submitted in writing five (5) days prior to closing to the attention of:

Sealed bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions described inthe RFQ. A including other related work as defined by PBCHA. All bids must be received byPBCHA on or before 2:00 pm (EST) Tuesday, March 24, 2026. An optional pre-bid conferencewill be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2:00 pm at 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach,FL 33406. No electronic submission will be accepted. Offerors assume sole and fullresponsibility for the timely delivery of bids. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must beclearly marked with the solicitation number, closing date and time, bidders name, address, and contact information.
