NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON It is the intention of KL Reflection Bay LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, to petition the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close a portion of the 10-foot wide utility easement dedicated by Reflection Bay, Parcel 1 a T.N.D., and Parcel 2 a P.U.D., Plat Book 124, Page 1, also as shown as a portion of Tract Z on the plat of Southampton PUD, Plat Book 140, Page 180, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida and to renounce and disclaim any easement, plat or right-of-way to the County and the public in and to any land in connection therewith.
