NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE Please be advised that Proposed Ordinance No. 4-26 was presented to the City Council of the City of Pensacola for first reading on Thursday, January 15, 2026, and will be presented for final reading and adoption on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows: P.O. NO. 4-26: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY PURSUANT TO AND CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (Lots 1-6 Terraces at Tarragona previously addressed 120 S. Tarragona St. [from "SSD", Site Specific Zoning District to "HC-1", Historical Commercial Zoning District]) A copy of proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public by calling the City Clerk's office to request a copy (850) 435-1606, or may be inspected in the City Clerk's office located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida or on-line with the agenda package on the City's website: https://pensacolafl.portal.civicclerk.com/.
