NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024CA001435, of the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for SEMINOLE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and NATALIE MARKS A/K/A NATALIE J. MARKS; JAMES MARKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE SANCTUARY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
