Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, that the application(s) for permit described below has been received for project(s) in Broward County.  The application(s) and future additional application documents can be obtained by any of the following methods: 1) Accessing the District's website (www.sfwmd.gov) and clicking on Application/Permit Search on the RegPermitting page; 2) Submitting a written request to the South Florida Water Management District, Attn: Regulation Division, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406; or 3) Submitting an electronic request at regpermitting@sfwmd.gov.
Phase V - Himmarshee Canal Force Main Replacement, Lanzo Construction Co FL, 125 SE 5th Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL 33127, has submitted Application 260108-60575 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the SFWMD North New River canal and the project is located in Broward County. 
Icon Beach, Diplomat Landings Phase 1 Owner LLC, 2850 Tigertail Ave, Ste 800, Miami, FL 33133, has submitted Application 260113-60694 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the water table aquifer and the project is located in Broward County. 
Coco Parc Condominiums Association Inc, 961 Lyons Rd, Coconut Creek, FL 33063, has submitted Application 260120-60861 for a Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 11 acres of landscape lands. The water will be withdrawn from the Biscayne aquifer and on-site lake(s) and the project is located in Broward County.

City of Pompano Beach, City of Pompano Beach Utilities Department, 1205 NE 5th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, has submitted Application 260130-61204 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to irrigate public water supply lands. The water will be withdrawn from the Biscayne aquifer and the project is located in Broward County. 
El Car Wash Coral Ridge, 2753 NW 87th Ave, Doral, FL 33172, has submitted Application 260203-61299 for a New Water Use Permit to irrigate commercial/industrial lands. The water will be withdrawn from the water table aquifer and the project is located in Broward County. 
Oak Tree Homeowners Association Inc, 2310 Unity Park Rd, Oakland Park, FL 33309, has submitted Application 260203-61301 for a Letter Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 65.21 acres of landscape lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and the project is located in Broward County.
