NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: CACE25004545 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and RICHARD A. PAOLILLO; SUSAN R. PAOLILLO;  UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants.
