Said timeshare interest has been assigned 77,000 points symbolic of said
property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission XI created in an amendment to the Declaration. The Property described above has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 77,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in EACH years. Said timeshare interest has been assigned 154,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission XV created in an amendment to the Declaration. Contract Number: 370415077. The Property described above has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 154,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in EACH years. The above-named Defendant(s) is/are not known to be dead or alive and/or, if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through under or against said Defendants and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described above.
