NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2025, in Case No. 50-2024-CA-007319-XXXA-MB, of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which PALM CHASE LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Golden Family Trust Agreement Dated July 20, 1988; Norm Golden, Brian Golden, and Kerry Golden aka Kerry Duran are the Defendant(s), Mike Caruso, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel know as Dwelling Unit B of Phase 16, (Building 16) OF PALM CHASE LAKES CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded In Official Records Book 5515, Page 1890, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
