NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Heritage LandingCommunity Development District (District) will hold a meeting on March 12, 2026, at
1:00 p.m., at the Heritage Landing Amenity Center located at 370 Heritage LandingParkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta &Company, Inc, 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614 (District ManagersOffice), visiting the District website at https://www.heritagelandingcdd.org/ or byemailing the District Manager at mdobbins@rizzetta.com and/or by telephoning 904-436-6270 during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will beconducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community developmentdistricts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified onthe record at such meeting.
Any person requiring special accommodations to access and participate in the meetingbecause of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Officeat least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to anymatter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record ofproceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim recordof the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which suchappeal is to be based.
