MARTIN COUNTY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF REVISED MINOR DEVELOPMENT ORDER Notice is hereby given that on February 10, 2026, the Martin County Growth Management Director issued a development order approving the revised final site plan for the Ozinga Palm City Project (P102-087). More specifically, this approval is to construct a concrete production plant including a silo, aggregate bins, self-contained truck wash down station and modified parking circulation. The subject site is 4.46 acres located on on the east site of SW Poma Dr, at 1989 SW Poma Drive in Palm City (Parcels 13 and 14 - Seven Js). Copies of the Development Order are available from the Growth Management Department, Martin County Administrative Center, 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida.
