MARTIN COUNTY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MINOR DEVELOPMENT ORDER Notice is hereby given that on February 10, 2026, the Martin County Growth Management Director issued a development order approving an administrative amendment to the final site plan for Parrot Circle Storage Facility project (C145-018). More specifically, this approval is for minor modifications to the circular drive within the gated parking area to allow two-way vehicular circulation and includes reducing the number of RV/Boat parking spaces. The project site is approximately 11.08 acres, generally on the east side of South Kanner Highway, approximately 0.3 miles south of SE Pomeroy Street and directly north of Charlies Neighborhood Bar and Grill at 450 SE Parrot Circle in Stuart.
