NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING
Public Review: The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida (FPHA) is providing Notice of a Public Comment Period and Public Hearing on its proposed Public Housing Authority (PHA) Annual Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and Administrative Plan for Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five-Year Action Plan (2026-2030), and supporting documents.
A copy of the proposed documents will be available for public review at our office, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 during normal business hours and by visiting our website, www.hacfp.org, starting on February 20, 2026 through April 6, 2026 (45-Day Review Period). All interested persons, including FPHAs program participants, landlords, Resident Advisory Board (RAB) members, and members of the public are invited to provide comments relating to said documents, either orally or in writing as noted below.
Public Hearing: A Public Hearing for comments will be held at our office, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 on April 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will be accessible as follows:

Oral comments should be presented at the Public Hearing. Written comments may be presented to the presiding officer at the Public Hearing, or mailed to the above address, or submitted via email to info@cfpha.org, or faxed to (772) 466-3528.
Written comments not presented at the Public Hearing must be received by our office by April 6, 2026. All comments presented within the 45-Day Review Period and Public Hearing will be considered for the preparation of said documentation.
