Public Notice:The City of Tallahassee, Real Estate Management, is providing notice of the disposition of City-owned real estate pursuant to a negotiated agreement. The parcel is identified as a Storm Water Management Facility (SWMF) located on the west side of Paul Russell Road north of E. Orange Avenue. Upon the sale, the SWMF will be maintained by the buyer as part of an assembled redevelopment.
