Application Received: January 14, 2026. Project Name: Waverly Grove. Proposed Activity: This will be a one-phase project to develop a 150-unit townhome subdivision. Where project limits cover all proposed work associated with the construction development. Construction activities shall consist of clearing, cutting/filling, grading and the construction of proposed roads, water, sewer, associated retaining walls and storm drainage system.
