The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed insurance brokerage firms to provide Medical and Wellness Insurance Brokerage Services.  The Authority intends to award a single contract to the most responsive individual or firm whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority. The form of contract will be a one-year base contract with the option of extending for an additional year to year period not to exceed five (5) years.  
Complete submission details for proposals can be found in the official Request for Proposal (RFP) package.  The RFP package can be found online at www.TampaHA.org (Go to www.tampaha.org Click ?
