PUBLIC BID NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Parc Center for Disabilities will receive sealed bids from a State of Florida licensed design build contractor for a 450 SF living room addition at its Burkett Villa located at 5353 31st Street N. St. Petersburg, FL Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Sealed Bids Due: Thursday, March 19th at 10:00 am Thursday, April 9th at 10:00 am 3190 75th Street North, Building #7 3190 75th Street North, Building #7 St. Petersburg, FL 33710 St. Petersburg, FL 33710 Attention: Marion White Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bid eligibility. This is a Community Development Block Grant project, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, Federal regulations including, but are not limited to, the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR parts 3 and 5, and Procurement Procedures per 2 CFR Part 200. This invitation to bid is funded by Pinellas County Community Development with federal funding contributions. Section 3 eligible contractors and Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid. Davis-Bacon Act requirements shall be fully complied with and HUD Section 3 requirements shall be followed to the greatest extent possible. Scope of Work: Includes demolition of an existing screened patio enclosure; construction of a concrete slab and shallow foundation with reinforced load-bearing CMU; wood roof structure with three-ply self-adhered roofing system; soffit and fascia; interior drywall and finishes to match existing; casework, trim, painting, waterproofing, and seamless vinyl flooring; installation of five (5) bronze single-hung impact windows, one (1) hollow metal door with closer, PTAC unit, electrical distribution, fire sprinkler and fire alarm components; and construction of a 4-foot exterior sidewalk connecting to the existing north sidewalk. 02/25/26 78689b
