NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the West Pasco Government Center Board Room, 1st floor, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, will consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the exchange of real property between PASCO COUNTY and INTERLAKEN CORPORATE CENTER, LLC for the purpose of access to an economic development site, based on the following terms: From County to Interlaken Corporate Center, LLC (Developer): an ingress and egress easement over the east top of bank of the pond parcel (34-26-17-0000-49900-1120). From Developer to County: a Drainage Easement over a portion of a wetland on Developers property (34-26-17-0000-00700-0000). Developer will accept maintenance responsibility of the Countys pond and all modifications will be at Developers expense. The Agreement for Exchange of Real Property is available for examination in the office of Facilities Management, Real Property Division, 7220 Osteen Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653, at (727) 847-8138, or visit the Countys website three days before the public hearing at www.pascocountyfl.net, and select Agendas & Minutes. All interested persons in support of, or opposed to the exchange, are invited to attend the public meeting and give comment. To participate in this meeting virtually, you must pre-register by 4 p.m. the day prior to the hearing. For more information, visit the Countys website, www.pascocountyfl.net, select Agendas & Minutes, then Public Comment Options. Any person who wants to appeal any decision made by the BCC with respect to any matter considered at any meeting or public hearing will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made at their own expense, and which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
